He has a fairly low install price lemme txt him to double check... for your info tho before you order he charges double if you use usa gear cayse they are shitty and you will be back for a better gear the next wk! Ill pm u the price once he replies!

i talked to him about it not long ago, i have a cousin in rgv that can pick them up for about $100 (yukon i believe) just kinda shopping around lol

i have a 29 now might go a tad lower next not too sure on that yet but i hear the 3.90s are pretty beasty and i daily my truck too so 4.11s might be too much for me

While I'm thinking about the other Mansfield is actually over in Louisiana and it's maybe a 40 minute drive from my house. lol So I guess technically ya'll are the only Mansfield, TX.

Listen to Jeff, he knows his stuff very very well. The guy I have always used for my stuff is a guy that specializes in ford performance (like lightnings, cobras, etc) but knows his chevys too. I havent ever had a prob with his work so I always used him.

the first thing you need to decide before you spend any money is how you want to make your power, N/A or boosted. Then, set up a game plan and go from there.
Good adivce. I think to the OP'er needs to not invest much money into the 4.8/60e as you will be let down. I really think you need to slowly but surely find a 6.0/80e and build to the specs you want out of it. Gearing with trutrac right now wont hurt you as you will have the rearend unless you get into big power then the rearend needs to be bigger.
As of right know I'm going with some heads, injectors, cams, gears, & a tune. Would like some bolts but don't really know what they are & do! Noobz :nono: but I'm willing to get my hands dirty to learn
Bolting on to a 4.8 isn't going to be as good as running a turbo on a stock 4.8 or modding a 6.0. :imo:
