2004 chevy silverado4x4. No brakes.

So I got this 2004 Chevy silverado 4x4/z71 in the shop (I work at nissan). They took this thing on trade in and it had no brakes when it came in. I replaced the master cylinder and the brake booster. I bled the system using a pressure bleeder still no brakes, vacuum bled it still no brakes, manual two person method and still nothing.

Anybody have any ideas or encountered this before?

none at all, pedal goes straight to the floor.

im thinking its air trapped in the abs module.

ok well that throws out where i was going, that would be the most likely thing then

did you bench bleed the master?

Assuming you bench bleed the master, I would get a mallet and hammer on the abs module a bit. Doe3s the truck have hydroboost breaking? or a conventional booster?

Yea I bench bled the master cylinder til all the air was gone. This has a conventional vacuum booster.

i would guess air trapped in the module then.
