He is right Bryan. Same thing as my old truck.

For what it's worth, I had a 1500HD (essentially a 2500 light duty like yours) with just keys and I cleared 315/70-17s easily. They measured out to be like a 34.5" tire iirc.

The body just isn't so much for bigger tires, I want an HD front end and it fits perfect that way

Why do you say that? They've always been good to me. Have spent ass tons of money there and they ship same day and usually have cheapest prices, plus good customer service lol.
