1clean99's accuair rebuild

just waterjet myself a plate for the Vu4 and mounted it under the bed off my air tank crossmember I made. I have no pictures. Its extremely easy for me to get to because I have a low profile jack that can get under the truck laid out to my very back crossmember.

I'm run one 5 gallon tank on my truck. I hardly ever mess with my truck, so I have no need for any more.

i was contemplating mounting it on avs's tank mount then putting it on my tank but i am not sure. i would prefer the vu4 and ecu close

avs' mount

damn, i will have to wait to get use the ilevel even longer than lol

honest review, I-Level is a nice feature that isn't worth $350 price tag. I have it only because I'm sponsored and a Dealer, I never use it when I'm out in town unless someone asks me about it. E level already has ride height on start up. the wifi receiver, if mounted underneath the vehicle has a very short range unless you can see the box. when the vehicle isn't running, you can do 3 preset heights and all down. While the vehicle isn't running, if you select a height and your tanks aren't filled enough to do that job, it turns the compressors on until the truck reaches the selected height.

short of the story, I-level needs to be the very last thing you should buy when you can't think of anything else you'd buy with $350

Too much of a setup that you will never see IMO, but whatever floats your boat. the ECU has to be close unless you want to cut and splice the factory vu4 harness

true.

Cleaned everything off and got an idea of where everything is going to mount.

The vu4 off to the right between the tank and compressor and the guage sensors to the left. The ecu for te switch speed I'm going to mount in the cab behind the seat

Shitty pic but you can see where my bag rubs on my cantiliever bar

Nice redo so far, how did you like the ride with the re7s? I have both the same bags as you d2500s and re7s that I can use for the back, and not sure which to go with when I install my 6 link. Feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

i didnt mind the RE7s. my old shocks came with the kit and were too soft IMO. only reason i changed to the 2500s is because brett brought to my attention how they werent as big and wouldnt overhang as much on the cantiliver bar.
