The Avalanche is back to be redone. The truck has been on the road for the last 2 1/2 years since it was first bagged and the owner has decided he wants more out of the truck.

The truck is going to be bodydropped over an entire new chassis. I will be using an 03 coil spring truck front clip to get better geometry and rack steering and building a 3/4 frame for the truck.

I'm using CAD to do a majority of the design work on the redo for the truck.

Built the rails and set them aside. Going this weekend to get the 03 frame and will get it situated and ready to tie into it hopefully next week.

Have no time to do anything to it which I prefer. Just be building other people's stuff. Cheaper on me

Picked up the coil spring frame clip this weekend. Guy gave me everything attached. So I got everything removed and about to cut it down to mate it with the new rails this week.

Frame table, nahh I have a concrete slab and some jack stands.

This is how we build a lot of our equipment too. Looks good for completely starting over from scratch.

I had a jig setup for keeping everything straight. While I was welding it. After it's all said and done I'll take it to have the frame trued. You are correct though. I do not have a frame table.
