New Moog pitman and idler are on, rear axle is disassembled, idler brace is welded on and painted. Front diff is trimmed, test fitted, painted with primer/silver base/red. The half-shafts are painted with primer/silver base/red and all I have left to do is put another coat of red, then clear them and the front diff. The red came out looking sweet! I think it will look damn close to the powered parts. I was in a rush at the end to finish up, so I didn't get a chance to compare the parts or get any pics. 
Looks fuckin good. What was the whole process for the diff? Just scuff then adhesion promoter then shoot?
Don't need adhesion promoter on bare metal. I wire wheeled as much of it as I could to get the dirt/junk off of it, for the sole purpose of just getting it clean. I used Krylon white primer, Krylon brilliant silver base coat, Krylon xmetal red and Krylon clear.

Still need to make a cardboard template and find somewhere local to cut me a piece of steel, but I am going to do a candy red backing plate.
