01 Sierra Build

Both UCA bump stops are cut out, tbar crossmember is out and the rivets are ground off for the tbar crossmember bushing brackets. Picked up some more paint, so I can clean up the remaining spots and paint them.

Bump-stops are cut off, put a coat of paint on everything and pressed all the ball-joints out of the control arms.

Next step is to press the bushings out of the control arms, knock the hubs out of the spindles, pull off the sway bar and get the front diff sent out for gears.

Made this on AutoImage...

Differential cleaned up and actuator removed. Sent off today for gears and master install kit, which is going to cost me $100, maybe $150.

Still need to put a few coats on yet, but the frame is painted.

They do here too. I won't be driving this in the winter obviously. I'm the second owner and the first was an older guy that took good care of it. It did have quite a bit of rust on the wheel wells of the box, but I had that fixed when I bought it, along with having the lower pewter portion painted black.
