Yes sir. I use the editing tools on flickr, I can select crop and the size. When I do that a shaded box will appear over my pic and I can move the box where I want. I'm sure CUB probably uses photoshop but it's all the same difference.

I normally just paste mine in paint, crop it down, and paste as sig.
