Most of you guys have probably seen this build on some of the other forums. Just thought I would get one going over here for CGM fam.
somewhat of a timeline: truck started out 2/4 drop with a stock 5.3 and vortec blower. i then took it took vicalma to have it . Drove the truck for roughly 2 years that way , then after a few shows my mind was set on getting bodied.so back to Vicalma again! after i got it back from being bodied we made a few changes on the rear setup and the control arms then i started on the 6.0 swap and turbo. being a fan of harness tucks and clean engine bays, i proceeded to relocate the pcm and fuse box inside the cab. I extended a lot of wires on the harness and after all said and done, I just didn't like the way it came out. so I bought a stock harness and took all the factory loom off and was able to get the length I need to put the pcm and fuse box under the dash.
2000 chebby rcsb:
lq9 swap - basically stock with fresh rebuild and small cam and springs.
bagged and bodydropped by Vicalma.

built fuel cell to take stock sending unit
built a dual walbro set up

spal fan set up from Trick performance. these things move some air!

one off crossover and downpipe to get it to tuck as close as possible to the body. ( bodied trucks:bang

getting everything mocked up before i take it off and send it to powdercoat

wrapped the hot pipes.. man was that a b***h! or should i say the manifold was a little time consuming being it was my first time..:sigh:
built some quick brackets for the coil relocation. im put these in the wiper cowl.
and the parts back from powder coat...
proflow intake-crimson red with flat blk letters..
shaved and smoothed stock valve covers-crimson red.
intercooler piping- crinkle blk
alternator bracket- flat blk
