haven't been on here in awhile but ever since I sold the nnbs to get a car for work I have been wanting another rcsb but didn't want a another truck payment. So I decided I wanted a clean low mileage rcsb nbs 5 speed. I stumbled upon this truck after no luck on finding anything else in a older mans garage it wasent forsale but after a few disscuions and what not I took it home. Its a 2005 im the second owner its basically stock. when I got the truck it had some riced out stuff done to it and some ugly 18s which I never got a chance to take a picture of.

So far ive cleaned it up some found a set of oem 20s on craigslist for cheap and put them on the truck for now put a tonnuea cover on it and took the wing off and shaved the tailgate cap holes and stuck some 99-02 tails in it because the factory ones had some separation in them

plans
lower it more
06 hood and grille
shaved 3rd brake light
longtubes and ory
tune
gears and a locker
5% window tint
20% shield tint with 5% brow
checkmate low pro cover if I can run across one
clear heads and markers
black border tails

Plans are to keep it simple and just be a nice cruiser and buy me a beat up rcsb nbs and boost it and just beat the hell out of it

after I took the 18s off and stuck some factory 17s on it next to my old 2002 Silverado my cousin has now

tonnuea cover with the wing still on

took off the wing and shaved the tailgate cap holes

the 20s on

I would have left the spoiler on it, it looks a little awkward with the handle and no cap now, but that's just personal preference.

Trust me I wanted a fully shaved gate but with the cover it just easier to have the stock location of the handle so I don't have to keep opening the cover when I need to put stuff in the truck and I liked the spoiler 2 but maybe I'm to picky but it just didn't fit right to me

I just don't want to put a ton of money in a car that the purpose of it is just to drive to work and beat around in since there resale value is shitty I just couldn't drive it in stock form looked so boring really want to bag it but I don't wanna put another dime in it lol
 
lol oh i know what you mean, good daily just like that, i dont know if i even want to lower it, she always hits her bumper on shit somehow. plus shes probably getting rid of it after college, or sooner

Yea I gotcha I always drag my bumper on shit no fucks given with this pile it's a 1lt I got it for 12k new it was the last 14 on the lot and they wanted it gone Ima drive it till the wheels fall off. You could always put a set of eibach springs on if there cheap and ride decent
 
So you still have the cruze? Looks sweet imo.

Love the rcsb. Few minor changes and it would be really nice. I've never liked the rst roll pans though. Needs solid roll pan or bumper imo. Also I really like the rst valances except for the round fogs.

Yea I still have the Cruze and I don't like the valence that much epically since I have the 2 holes where I took the ricer blue fog lights out th p/o installed hoping to find some similar to oem to put back in it. I don't much care for the roll pan either but I'm going to keep it on in case I ever go to sell it this truck is gonna be pretty simple and I'm going to find me a ruff one to build
 
Yea I think if the valance had better looking fogs it would look a lot better. I hear you on resale purposes. No sense in dumping a bunch of money into it if you aren't planning on keeping it. How much lower are you wanting to go?
