I got an 06 silverado and im planning on dropping it pretty soon i was just wondering if a static drop will involve any transmission or driveshaft adjustments? Anh help or ideas?

depending how far you drop you may need to shim for the pinion angle, other than that nothing else.
if you go stupid low you may need a 2 piece drive shaft but it depends on the cab configuation.

like bryan said...u can do 4/6 on a crew cab and get away with a 1pc shaft...youll need shims for the axle but those usually come with the kit u buy. Reg cabs wont need a 2pc and ext cabs already have one and you have to relocate the bearing carrier.
