NBS radio antenna

I'll keep this short...


Tried to remove the radio antenna to put in a shorter one. But all it does is spin.


Any advice on removing it? Thanks guys.

Beats what happened to mine. Spun it off and the thread snapped inside

I thought the threads were on the antenna, and it went into the receiver.. But after I took it apart, found out its the other way around. The antenna screws onto the thread. Haven't looked up the part diagram yet, but I think I'm Fucked. The receiver seemed like one solid piece with the cable that runs to the back of the HU

Greg, it is one piece but you can buy the base and I think 12' of cable from Vatozone for around $20. Just a pita running the cable.

Oo OK. Ya Fuck the cable, not sure if it's worth it. May just leave it broken and sell the bullet antenna lol idk
