I thought I would start a build thread on my 04 Silverado, progress will be slow for a while, just figured I would start my thread now. Also my cam date is setup dd/mm/yyyy
Plans
-Suspension, wheels, tires and other things are :secret: unless you are one of a chosen few I have consulted with, for now it has full Rough Country Level
-BB tune
-full color match, mirrors, handles, top bumper cap
-Line-X
-Stereo, kind of done
-OEM plus style interior would be nice aswell, keep tan but do suede door inserts and headliner and LEDs everywhere
-LED swapped 3/4 ton gas cluster, have the cluster just need to finish it
-LEDs instead of regular bulbs outside, factory colors for there location, 35W 5500K HID highs and lows, 3000K fogs
-Retint, 20% on the fronts and rears, maybe 50% on windsheild
-clear headlights and bumper lights-DONE
-convert DRL to turn singal/running light-DONE
-06 hood/grille swap
-Forgot did dat tree mod to tailgate in the summer so there are plans for the gate :secret:
When I got it 11-24-10 and the day after. Had tint and billet bowtie when I got it
It was icy so it stayed at work that night
Four days after I got it I demolded it and remover the LT badges

5-3-11 - 5-4-11, New 265/70R17 Goodyear AT/S and bedlined rocker panels to cover surface rust, washed it. Somewhere around here I put a 3" SI/SO Cherry Bomb Extreme in inplace of the factory muffler.
7-10-11 Debadged tailgate, rain that night
10-4-11 6HI mod
10-7-11 Cut my tailpipe off just below the frame on the axle hump for the dump, no tip yet. No pics ATM either
1-20-11 cleanish in the snow
2-12-11 Smoked tails, high mount is DARK but you can see it just fine
3-10-12 Billet bowtie was in sad shape so I took it off and brushed it
4-12-12 Painted the gray grille opening black, also painted behind the grille. I like how it looks.
7-16-12 Got my components in, set the tweeters at -3 and unhooked factory a pillar tweeters(to much with those still running). Running Foacal 165 A1s(6.5") front and Fosgate FNP 2405s(5.25") rear. Was excited and for got pics until it was all back together but you can see where I put the tweeters still.

Painted my lower valance black so now all of the grey plastic is finally gone, also stole an idea from the lowered guys and ziptied the valance up a little in the middle. Going to try and go without front plate as long as possible

Leveling kit came in, ordered tires

Tires came in, level and tires are going on Sunday

Needs a bath but leveled, tires on and aligned. Fenders are RR 39 1/8" rest are 39 1/2"
