if your truck has a fleetside bed and you are not bodydropped you can run the 24x10 +20mm offset wheels you want with a 275/30r24 tire and barely clear the bedsides when laid out as long as your axle is centered and has no lateral travel, because you'll only clear the sides by about 1/8" if you have an unnarrowed axle and unstretched bedsides . so if you're running a panhard bar and not a watts link, you will end up hitting your bed sides.
inside width between your tires will be 52.25", so if nothing on your kp kit is wider than that, you'll be okay.
