Figured since i have a little motivation to work on the truck again i would start a build thread so i can keep all of my updates in one place. This will be a extremely slow thread being that it took me 3 years just to get wheels for the truck.

Here it is the day i bought it a little over 3 years ago.

a couple of months later when i put the star wheels on it

I sold the escalade wheels for a big profit and went back to the 17's for a while.

Recently i bought jareds VHO wheels and put them on the truck.

IMO it doesnt look bad for a truck with 175k miles.

Plans in no order are:

EXTERIOR
2/4 drop
painted handles and mirrors
LED lights for tag lights and reverse lights
reverse camera
I am sure this list will grow as i think of things

INTERIOR
re-do tint
double din
10" sub
possibly full console and katskinz

CURRENT mods done
HID's
VHO wheels
2" shackles
black bowtie

Thats all i can think of right now.

i agree. Wasnt thrilled with the esky wheels when i put them on. Love the way the VHO's look. Think im gonna get the paint work done next.

do paint first for sure, and offer still stands if you decide to drop and do coils I will trade you my springs for 2" springs, that way you can do 3" if you ever want. I won't ever go lower than 4" static, I know for a fact.

IF (and thats a big if) i ever decide to get rid of them you can have first dibs. and Jared i might just take you up on that. Call me later today when you get up.

^^ so it begins..

Keep them, sometimes wish I would of kept my VHO 20s, looked good at 4/7, but I wont whore your thread with le pics.

VHO's arent going anywere. Truck will start out at a 2/4 and i will go from there. right now even going 2/4 is going to present some problems but i think i can work around it.
