Cateye SS BUMPER HELP

I have talked to several people and got several different answers thrown at me, I need a reliable source. So I come here because you guys are great help to anything. Lol. I have an 03 LS. I want to put the SS bumper on.
I saw in the lmctruck magazine, the bumper was 200, but I've heard I need several different things in order to actually install it.
If you guys could tell me everything I need and give me a good website to get it from would be greatly appreciated.

stylin trucks has had ss bumpers for $29-$40 sometimes, but with shipping it was around $100 or $150..i forget. But it randomly drops down that low. When I get to a computer I can get the link for ya

you'd need the brake ducts, which can be pretty pricey, and lower grille insert. i'm not 100% on mounting info so i'll leave that up to someone else
