Couple of y'all had asked for a build thread so here ya go. I started with a friend's 1999 C5 FRC (Fixed Roof Coupe) with the existing mods of UDP, LG Street (1 7/8") headers and catless mid X-pipe, bimodal exhaust, Verraram CAI, EGR delete. The install list consisted of Fast 36# injectors, custom grind cam (Cam Motion) 61x 61x 22x 23x 113 with 5* of overlap, BTR Platinum springs, Ti retainers, trunion upgrade, BTR Hardened PR's, ARP cam gear bolts and rocker bolts, Melling high pressure/stock volume 10295 oil pump, Katech C5R timing chain, new OP sending unit, Fast 92 intake manifold, DP Hoses, new AC Compressor, new stock H2O pump, new belts, painted H2O pump/alt/alt bracket/valve covers black. I did all this after working my normal job at Boeing while the wife and kids slept. This car is just a toy for him so there was no rush in getting it done and I also have 3 little girls so spending time with them took time away as well. The owner is very happy with it now and we're still doing some tuning tweaks but overall the car really pulls good and should be about 410rwhp and stock they typically roll about 335-340rwhp so it was a pretty decent gain. This is also an M6 car and got a B&M short throw shifter the first night he took it home.
