bumper conversion question

I'm trying to convert my 2001 gmc sierra front bumper to the 2003-2006 front bumper. The problem I have is I don't know what parts I need and how easy it will hook up? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by that? I know I need the grill, metal piece, and bottom plastic piece. What mounts are you talking about?

Cool cool. So I don't need the bumper reinforcement?

Yep, look behind your grille, there are brackets bolt to the frame and bumper, those are the mounts, the horns are welded to the frame. If you take the grille off there are easy to see.
