Building Amp Rack

Dudes,

I want to build an amp rack to mount both of my amps to under my set. I've got a 05 1500 crew btw. I'm looking for hopefully pictures of ones that are completed. What's the best way to mount the amp rack to the seat frame? I'm sure it's not going to be that hard but I might be over thinking this :crazy:
 
No pics but you could just do a rack with some mdf, raise it up an inch or so over the frame so the wires can be neatly tucked under it.
 
What would the difference be between standard plywood and mdf for an amp rack ? I'm assuming nothing since I will wrap it in vinyl.

It was kinda a bitch, but now that I have a good template, next time should be easier.

this is after sanding it today, I need a better sander, but for now I am going to spray it black, and carpet it later. I just want to go boom boom for now.
