Brass knuckle styled door handles?

For the 99-06 door handles, the pull lever, I know I have seen a brass knuckle styled handle on a truck somewhere. I've looked high and low online for a machined/billet set to put on my Duramax and haven't found anything. Anybody care to shed some light on these? I want to say I seen a set on one of the Boyett's trucks or something. I could be wrong.

These are for a ford but you may be able to contact the guy and see if they have them for chevy. As much as I don't think you should do it aha

I've seen them too, I know All Sales makes a bunch of billet handle pulls for the nbs trucks. Maybe check summit.

grippin billet mfg'd a set and i think ryno mfg did too but not anymore
