Well this will be a long process since my buddy only has this vehicle to drive. we are doing everything we can in 2 days like relocating stuff under the hood and tubbing up front and the firewall. so that after when the suspension work starts he'll be without the truck for the shortest time possible. I'm going to try and be very detailed as to what I do since tahoe/suburban/avalnche are a little different than trucks. I moved the batteries this past weekend and added a new overflow tank.

Pretty excited about following this build. When I wanted to bag, my biggest fear was being without my DD for a long period of time.

I'm glad his fiance finally let him start this. keeps me from looking for other things for myself. he only gets saturday and sunday off every other week so I only get to work in spurts. this weekend we will be doing the passenger side inner fender. I'm looking forward to getting that thing in so it starts to look more like something.

Id like to see were you mounted it im going to order one..

it's right off the core support. i'll take a picture this weekend. the one on his truck is round and about half as wide as the ones they sell now.

Because the motherfucker is dragging his ass to work on it. Can't even get him over to the house and I'm doing it for free

give him a time limit.say you have other work to do thats actually paying.say if he doesnt hurry up you gotta start chargin

That's what going to happen. I've got a few other things I want to start on, so I told him to get his ads ready or he can pay me to get the thing done

I thought I misread what you posted when you said 2 days. Gonna be crazy doing all that work in a short time span. But at least you can do some preliminary stuff beforehand. Sub'd for greatness

when it comes time to put the suspension together he'l have to be without it for about 2 weeks to do the rear suspension.

I can put the front end on air in 2 days.
I can get all the air managment done in 2 days
I will get all the links made before hand
I will have all the front sheetmetal work done in before I do the suspension as well.

I will just have the 2 weeks for doing the rear suspension and sheetmetal work. that is if he gets the damn thing to me before I get fed up with him.
