Bagged 1991 silverado help

I just bought a bagged 91 Chevy Silverado and I keep running into a problem where the center support bearing keeps breaking. Is there anything I can do about this? I’ve been through 2 in a week.

Something is jacked up with your drivetrain alignment. Engine and trans angle, angle of the rear end and placement of the carrier bearing all factor in. Also, since it’s bagged, you need to verify all those angles at multiple heights to see if there’s a particular spot it doesn’t like. I would suggest taking it to a reputable driveline shop and let them look at it. There’s so many variables here, there’s not a hard set answer unfortunately

Ok cool thank you o dropped it at a driveline shop. They haven’t gotten back to me yet, the first shop I towed it to refused to work on it because it was bagged. But I heard from a friend this is a common thing and I should get a one piece drive shaft? I got it for a steal from some kid who didn’t know what he had I’m gonna re paint and re chrome it next month but I have no clue how much I could get for it it’s got a step notch frame tubs everything and I got it for 2500 bucks but this bearing situation is annoying

if it has that bearing, there is supposed to be a u joint behind it, doesnt look like yours had one there but in front which would do nothing.
