Anyone order from subthump.com?

I'm not trying to be impatient here but I have to ask. I ordered a box from them a week ago and haven't so much as gotten a confirmation email or any sort of email from them or anything. Only email I got was from PayPal confirming my payment to subthump.com. The box I ordered said "usually ships in 24 hours"
I log into my account on subthump and it shows the order and everything. Says "order received, thank you".
So am I being impatient here or is something weird?

i ordered two boxes from them. Both seemed like they shipped kinda slow. but they're heavy so maybe thats why.
