Couple of you follow me on IG, couple of you Dgaf, it’s all good. Haven’t really been active on here since I sold my gmc and got a mega cab. But that was years ago. Picked this up about 3 years ago. Been a headache since. Figured I’d put a little build list together.

Found these and it ruined my life from this point on:

Couple months went by found a sweet deal on some 18” methods so I scooped them up for a killer deal and a CM grill I found on cl while waiting for the guy with methods to show up. So I grabbed that on my way home. Craigslist was awesome back then.

Stayed like that for about a year and I just enjoyed it. Took it to Vegas, pismo, Lake Tahoe and Chester. Hated the black wheels the entire time. So I found a guy that knew a guy that knew a guy and I said cool man can you powder coat these? 6 weeks later these came out:

And that’s when it got crazy. Found some dirt king upper control arms, slapped those on. Bought new king piggybacks for the rear. Bought a mazzulla front bumper, (when Chris was still mass producing them) and I drove the hell out of the truck after all that was installed

Then I got tired of the 18s finally and said I want something new. So I bought these ugly 17” methods

Then I met some people and decided to really go for it,
Sold the setup and ordered long travel mid travel to some long travel to me so

Decided to run a Baja Kits Chevy prerunner kit +2.5 and if you’re ordered then it came with “free coilovers” which at the time was displayed with as Kings but ended up being fox 2.0 replacements. Also installed dirt king reinforced tabs for all LCA mounts

So 3-1/2 months later my kit showed up

Then I drove the piss out out of it for a good year and half

I hated the foxes so I found some king 2.5a with adjusters on Craigslist and decided to go to pismo and meet up with the bros and have my boy bring the kings up. Thankfully I did that:

At some point in time I found fiberwerx fenders for a steal on Craigslist and added those too

Currently enjoying it until I can rob a bank to get a real leaf pack and bump stops put in. Maybe I’ll paint the glass most likely won’t. But that’s the truck in its daily form
King 3.0s all around
Fiber glass front and rear
Wide wheels that don’t clear the cab
8.6 miles per gallon
And the most fun I’ve ever had with a truck
