So I've been trying to do some research with not a whole lot of luck. I've googled and found plenty of threads started asking about it, with a lot of he said she said answers, but no how to's. I did find one on gmfs, but all the pics were deleted. Does anyone no somebody that had done this?
I know the frame horns should be replaced, but then again I've read where some made the 99-02 ones work. Are those the only ones that have to be modified? What about the support bars on the side, or does the 03+ even have those? What do you think would be the easiest, bolt the frame horns to the bumper then line up and weld? Just looking for some advice before I dove off into a project like this. Like said, I've read where some say it's a piece of cake and some say it's a pain in the ass and not worth it.
